Kevin Aviance Released From Hospital

Gay bash victim Kevin Aviance was wheeled out of Beth Isreal today. His jaw has been wired and he can't walk due to a fractured knee. Incredibly, the douchebags who beat him to the ground are now claiming that they only did it because Aviance "allegedly" (meaning not) made a pass at one of them. So I guess, if this applies to straight people, every construction worker or delivery guy or what have you that makes a crude unwanted pass at a woman will now be beaten in the street until he's hospitalized.
